When you contact us to enquire about a booking, training or a consultancy session, we will work with you to find a suitable date and time that meets your needs.

We will need to know a few details, such as the service you would like, the educational setting (secondary, primary, vocational etc), and in the case of exam access, the number of pupils to be assessed. Pupil numbers determine how many tests can be achieved in a single day and impact material costs (such as test materials and Covid-19 assessment packs).

Once we have all of the necessary information, we will prepare a quotation for you to approve; and in the current climate, we will also need you to acknowledge our Covid-19 risk assessment and policy.

Acceptance of the quotation confirms your booking. Should you need to cancel a booking, then there may be charges dependant on the level of notice you are able to provide. However in all instances we will help you to reschedule, just aim to give us sufficient notice.
