Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your booking, providing you do so with more than two weeks notice (to the first booked day), then there will be no charge providing the booking is within the same school year.

Should you need to cancel a booking, without a desire to reschedule, then there is a flat cancellation fee of £60 when the cancellation occurs more two weeks prior to your first booked day.

If your cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to the first booked day, then there will be a half day charge, per booked day.

Unfortunately, should you cancel with less than two full working days notice, prior to the first booked day, then booked days will be charged at the full day rate.

In any instance where a cancellation charge occurs, you will not be charged any per pupil charges.

Ahead of confirmed bookings specific tests and materials will have been acquired and prepared in advance of your booking. As a small business, late cancellations do not provide us with the opportunity to find alternative bookings at short notice.
