Working with Alternative Education providers
Providers of Alternative provision often work with some of the most vulnerable students in education, at Senco Services we’ve significant experience working with Pupil Referral Units, Hospital Schools and Section 41 Independent Schools.
We pride ourselves on being able to quickly build trust between our consultants and the pupils, even in the most challenging of settings. But we offer far more than Access Arrangements, Screening and Diagnosis…
It’s widely known that the demands on the SEND and Leadership teams within Alternative Provisions are particularly high, with frequent staff turnover leading to staffing vacancies, large volumes of agency staff and unqualified or inexperienced staff having to step in – and this is where Senco Services and our team can help.
In order to meet the needs of the SEND Code of Practice, you need consistency and oversight. Senco Services can provide that when your teams are stretched. We ensure that your cohort with EHCPs are processed and reviewed correctly, that your paperwork is consistent and up to date and that there is a systemic, strategic, and enforced process to make sure that your SEND department is always meeting its statutory needs.
