We offer a range of staff training services, available to your SEND department, Leadership Team or Whole School. Training can be tailored to your specific needs, and you will be provided with a full range of materials to take away and use within your ongoing practices.
JCQ Update Training:
Working with staff in the autumn term to adapt to the new JCQ regulations, support in learning the new paperwork, assessment requirements and meeting the JCQ guidelines.
Safeguarding Training:
From whole staff to small group training to meet the statutory requirements of Keeping Children Safe in Education.
Accessible Classrooms Training:
Working with teaching and support staff to adapt their classrooms to meet the needs of the most prevalent barriers to learning, for example, Dyslexia friendly classrooms, strategies for working with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism friendly displays and resources and much more.
Autism Awareness Training:
Training staff to overcome the barriers to learning for those with Autism or Sensory Processing disorders.
Training for Support Staff:
We offer a range of bespoke training for Support staff to be as effective as possible in meeting the pupils needs in your setting.
