Our team are adept at working with Schools performance data to identify gaps, trends and anomalies. Using this data to inform change, this can be carried out in a variety of ways:
- School and Department Development Plans that address underperformance and implement effective intervention or training to address the issues.
- Training on specific learning difficulties or aetiologies that are cause for concern.
